We adopt a whole team approach, which enables us to consistently deliver high quality, choice led, personal and social care services to people aged 18 and over.
With specialist knowledge in a range of areas from dementia care to end-of-life care. We are committed to continuous professional development, and to work collaboratively with professionals to meet the needs of service users.

Pinnacle Care Professionals Ltd is fully registered and regulated with the Care Quality Commission. 

We are registered to deliver personal care to people over the age of 18.   

Pinnacle Care Professionals Ltd engage proactively with Skills for Care, a health and social care training organisation. This means, management and all our staff receive the most up to date training within the care sector.

We are registered with Skills for Care and have committed to provide information for their national training data set. Which means we are actively involved in providing information that feeds into research. 

 Pinnacle Care Professionals ltd believe that dignity is a basic human right, and that no one should be without their dignity at any point in life. We are a registered Dignity in Care organisation, and we are committed to work efficiently to deliver compassionate, person-centred care. 

All our staff are trained and registered as dignity champions which forms part of our pledge to tackle poor care through role modelling expectations and educating others with whom we come into contact.  

 Pinnacle Care Professionals work pro-actively with the Alzheimer’s Society to ensure the care we deliver is evidence based care. We are signed up to the Dementia Friends initiative, and support all our staff through the Dementia Friends training, playing our part in educating others and changing the narrative about the condition.
