The care, compassion and respect they showed for my late Dad who had Parkinson’s disease was superb and this same care now carries on with Mum who has vascular dementia and Alzheimer’s. As my sister and I live a distance away, it’s reassuring for us to know that Mum is being looked after by experienced and friendly staff. At the moment Mum is happy to stay at home and Pinnacle care means she can achieve this. All the staff who visit are so friendly, professional and really care. Pinnacle care team looked after my mum for over a year upto 2026. Mum was in her 90's with mobility and vascular dementia. They were my angels. They cared for mum as if she was their own with passion, dignity and professionalism. They became part of our family for hands on and emotional support in our darkest hours. Each carer is hand picked for their experience, friendliness and a bespoke approach to what you need to care for your loved ones. The team is supported by a hands on management team that back fill and gaps in the care package and keep their eyes on everything. I have nothing but praise for each carer that came to look after mum. An excellent professional team that provides continuity, care and communication on a daily basis.
