The induction programme runs alongside a 6-month probationary period, which is supported by a manager and staff mentor. This induction has been carefully designed to induct staff into Pinnacle care professionals whole team approach to care, by delivering key information and providing opportunities for new staff to experience our vision and values in action.
By the end of the induction programme, all staff will have completed the care certificate and will have a personalised development plan, that meets their specific development needs. With a focus on professional care development in areas of personal interest.
